| Sad but true about my life.
"It seems the longer we have been Christ followers, the fewer and fewer non-Christian connections we maintain. This is sometimes referred to as the holy huddle syndrome. We are busy people and our limited time forces us to be selective about whom we will share this most valuable commodity with. Given the choice, we Christians usually hang out with fellow believers, simply because we have more in common with them. We attend church with them, join small group Bible studies with them, and socialize with them. When we take a new job, we pray that our coworkers will be Christians. When we move into a new neighborhood, we hope there will be other Christian families in our block with whom we can interact and develop friendships. But as the years go by, we look back and discover that we have systematically eliminated most of our associations with people far from God."

Tonight, I was too lazy to iron my shirt that I plan to wear tomorrow, so I hung my clothes in the bathroom while taking a hot shower to see if the heat from the steam would help. The steam from the hot water actually removed a lot of the major wrinkles from my shirts. Brilliant! I wish I had tried this technique earlier to save time from ironing. If you don't like ironing, you should try it sometime!

Running near my house tonight after a long while made me think about how much I miss the running trails in Central Park.

What we say or do on the outside does not change who we are on the inside. Only He can change who we are in our hearts.

Nothing is more important in enhancing and maintaining the value of a building than having a sound preventive maintenance program.
